Christina Hendricks
Christina Hendricks (born April 15 1997) is an American actor who is best known for playing Joan Holloway during the first seven seasons of the historical drama on AMC's Mad Men. The role she played in Mad Men that garnered Christina Hendricks six Emmy Awards for her performance in the category for Best Supporting Actress. Her professional career, which spans over two decades includes appearances on the comedy crime drama Tin Star as well as Kevin Hill's legal drama. In the film industry, for her performance her name has been praised for Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers: prey of the night Egg and American Woman. Her voice can also be heard in the animated movies From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 & Scoob! Before that, she was working as a model and kept it going for several years before she made her acting debut on TV with the anthology program Undressed in 1999. The first major role she played was in the comedy drama series Beggars and Choosers following which was also praised for her performance in the popular show Firefly. She was in 2010 voted one of the hottest women on the planet and also the best-looking woman on the planet in America by Esquire magazine.
